I’m twenty-something avid baker and experimental cook living in Edinburgh. My love is cake decorating and I enjoy nothing more than spending the day in kitchen trying out new recipes. Having lived in Spain, Germany and France, many of my culinary exploits are flavoured by continental Europe.  I do not pretend to know everything.  These are the tales from my adventures in the kitchen.
